Xavier Gargallo started his career as an engineer with strong experience in logistics and transportation, taking assignments around the world for the private and public sectors. In 1998, after obtaining an MBA, he began his career in management consulting.
In his more than 25 years of consulting experience, he has worked on key projects with leading firms, mostly in consumer goods, pharmacy, telecom, and retail in more than 30 countries in Europe, America, Africa, and Asia. Most of these projects have focused on sales and distribution and revenue growth management.
Xavier is very pragmatic, and has led multiple business transformations and management change processes in developed, developing, and emerging markets.
He received his MBA from IESE, Barcelona, and Kellogg University, Chicago, and is a civil engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
Spanish, Xavier lives in Barcelona and speaks Spanish, English, French, and Catalan, and has a good knowledge of Portuguese and German.
