Pavel Kudriavtsev is a route-to-market expert with 16 years of management consulting experience in Globalpraxis. He has developed and led end-to-end projects in revenue growth, RTM, sales force transformation, process optimization, and cost rationalization areas for leading FMCG companies in various countries across Western & Eastern Europe, America, and Africa including multiple projects in Italy, Greece, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Ecuador, Japan, and Nigeria.
Prior to Globalpraxis, Pavel worked in general management and sales & marketing, both in B2C consumer goods (Procter & Gamble, Nestlé) and medical B2B business (Johnson & Johnson Medical). In his career, Pavel opened representative offices in Belarus for Nestlé and Johnson & Johnson Medical, and became a certified Six-Sigma Green Belt in DMAIIC.
He holds an International MBA from the IE Business School (Madrid), where he was awarded the Take the Challenge Scholarship and became a selected member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. Previously, he completed his bachelor’s degree in international management at Pace University (New York) with honors such as: Dean's list, National Collegiate Business Merit Award, and All-American Scholar Award. He also holds a diploma in chemistry from a technical college in Belarus.
Residing now in Belarus, he speaks Russian, Belarusian, English, Spanish, and Italian, and has basic knowledge of Ukrainian, Polish, and Portuguese.
